His childhood adventures of collecting autographs and watching games from the bleachers fueled a passion for baseball that has endured throughout his life. Inspired by his father’s stories of a segregated baseball era, Michael developed a deep appreciation for the history of the Negro Leagues and the remarkable players who shaped the sport against all odds.
